Ingredients:

150 g 5.29 oz/wt Boiled potatoes
30 g 1.06 oz/wt Ginger
20 g 0.71 oz/wt Garlic
20 g 0.71 oz/wt Cooking oil
20 g 0.71 oz/wt Citronella
45 g 1.59 oz/wt Shallots
15 g 0.53 oz/wt Spring onions
40 g 1.41 oz/wt Green chilli
10 g 0.35 oz/wt Red chilli
10 g 0.35 oz/wt Salt
5 g 0.18 oz/wt Pepper
4 pcs 4 pcs Giant Prawns
150 g 5.29 oz/wt Boiled potatoes
30 g 1.06 oz/wt Ginger
20 g 0.71 oz/wt Garlic
20 g 0.71 oz/wt Cooking oil
20 g 0.71 oz/wt Citronella
45 g 1.59 oz/wt Shallots
15 g 0.53 oz/wt Spring onions
40 g 1.41 oz/wt Green chilli

Preparation:
  1. Saute all ingredients (except the prawns and potatoes and only half of the chillis) until soft and blend to paste.
  2. Open the prawns on the backside with a scissors, remove the intestine and clean with water, remove the legs and butterfly cut the meat.
  3. Cut the potatoes in thick slices and place them on the base of a Bamboo tube, cover with prawns and top them with the paste. Place the Bamboo tube on the tray.
  4. Remove the Bamboo tube from the tray and serve the food in the Bamboo. Use the other half of the chilli slices for garnish.
  1. Saute all ingredients (except the prawns and potatoes and only half of the chillis) until soft and blend to paste.
  2. Open the prawns on the backside with a scissors, remove the intestine and clean with water, remove the legs and butterfly cut the meat.
  3. Cut the potatoes in thick slices and place them on the base of a Bamboo tube, cover with prawns and top them with the paste. Place the Bamboo tube on the tray.
  4. Remove the Bamboo tube from the tray and serve the food in the Bamboo. Use the other half of the chilli slices for garnish.
Tips:
  1. For more colour (browning), increase the fan speed. If you are already at 100% - increase the time, and decrease the microwave.
  2. To make the food hotter, increase internal temperature by adjusting the microwave power. If you are already at 100% - increase the time, and decrease the fan power.
