Ingredients:
| 170.1 g 6 oz/wt | Fresh Salmon Filet, Center Cut, Skin-On |
| 56.7 g 2 oz/wt | Yellow Squash |
| 28.5 g 1 oz/wt | Red onion |
| 28.5 g 1 oz/wt | Red bell pepper |
| 56.7 g 2 oz/wt | Small Fingerling Potatoes halved |
| 1 tbs 1 tbs | Fresh Thyme roughly chopped |
| 1 pinch 1 pinch | Kosher Salt |
| 1 pinch 1 pinch | Fresh Cracked Black Pepper |
| 2 tbs 2 tbs | Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
Preparation:
- Season salmon filet with salt, pepper and olive oil and reserve.
- Clean and dice all vegetables to a large dice and reserve. In a medium bowl combine vegetables and potatoes with salt, pepper, thyme, olive oil and reserve.
- Place seasoned vegetables and salmon (Skin side down) on the tray separately. Make sure vegetables are in an even layer.
- Cook as per profile and serve.
Tips:
- For more colour (browning), increase the fan speed. If you are already at 100% - increase the time, and decrease the microwave.
- To make the food hotter, increase internal temperature by adjusting the microwave power. If you are already at 100% - increase the time, and decrease the fan power.
