Ingredients:
170.1 g 6 oz/wt Fresh Salmon Filet, Center Cut, Skin-On
56.7 g 2 oz/wt Yellow Squash
28.5 g 1 oz/wt Red onion
28.5 g 1 oz/wt Red bell pepper
56.7 g 2 oz/wt Small Fingerling Potatoes halved
1 tbs 1 tbs Fresh Thyme roughly chopped
1 pinch 1 pinch Kosher Salt
1 pinch 1 pinch Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
2 tbs 2 tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Preparation:
  1. Season salmon filet with salt, pepper and olive oil and reserve.
  2. Clean and dice all vegetables to a large dice and reserve. In a medium bowl combine vegetables and potatoes with salt, pepper, thyme, olive oil and reserve.
  3. Place seasoned vegetables and salmon (Skin side down) on the tray separately. Make sure vegetables are in an even layer.
  4. Cook as per profile and serve. 
Tips:
  1. For more colour (browning), increase the fan speed. If you are already at 100% - increase the time, and decrease the microwave.
  2. To make the food hotter, increase internal temperature by adjusting the microwave power. If you are already at 100% - increase the time, and decrease the fan power.
