Preparation:
  1. Take 5 full wings, cut into flats and drumettes, steam for 14min.
  2. Make wing sauce using thick sweet soya, thick soya, teriyaki, ginger, garlic, red and green chillies, coriander, lemon juice, honey , sesame seeds, salt and pepper, mix well in a bowl.
  3. After wings are steamed (pre cooked) take them out and place them in a bowl, pour the sauce on them while they still hot so they can absorb it. Reserve 50ml for glazing before serving.
  4. Set up a breading station: Place panko crumbs, eggs, and flour in 3 separate shallow bowls. Whisk eggs. Season panko crumbs generously with chicken spice, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
  5. Cut 2 chicken breast into strips, coat chicken in flour, then dip in egg, then panko crumbs, brush with oil and set aside.
  6. Take 200 grams of frozen fries, brush with oil.
  7. Take 400 grams from pre cooked marinated pork ribs.
  8. Take each food item and place it on a quarter size cooking tray and cook as per oven profile.
  9. Add 30ml cheese sauce in a small ramekin when serving.
