Ingredients:
1 pc 1 pc Young octopus, precooked
10 g 0.35 oz/wt Salt
5 g 0.18 oz/wt Black Pepper
10 g 0.35 oz/wt Cayenne Pepper
15 ml 0.51 oz/fl Vegetable Oil
100 g 3.53 oz/wt Polenta cooked
10 ml 0.34 oz/fl Olive Oil
2 tbs 2 tbs Onion Chutney
4 pcs 4 pcs Basil
1 pc 1 pc Young octopus, precooked
10 g 0.35 oz/wt Salt
5 g 0.18 oz/wt Black Pepper
10 g 0.35 oz/wt Cayenne Pepper
15 ml 0.51 oz/fl Vegetable Oil
100 g 3.53 oz/wt Polenta cooked
10 ml 0.34 oz/fl Olive Oil
2 tbs 2 tbs Onion Chutney
4 pcs 4 pcs Basil
Preparation:
  1. Place the previously cooked young octopus in a bowl and add the vegetable oil, black pepper, ground cayenne pepper and salt. Cover the bowl and let the octopus marinate for minimum 10 min.
  2. Trim the chilled Polenta into an elongated rectangle and dip it in the Olive Oil. Place the Octopus on the tray.
  3. Cook as per oven profile. After Step 1 add the Polenta.
  4. Remove the cooked food from the tray and serve it garnished with the onion chutney and the basil.

  1. Place the previously cooked young octopus in a bowl and add the vegetable oil, black pepper, ground cayenne pepper and salt. Cover the bowl and let the octopus marinate for minimum 10 min.
  2. Trim the chilled Polenta into an elongated rectangle and dip it in the Olive Oil. Place the Octopus on the tray.
  3. Cook as per oven profile. After Step 1 add the Polenta.
  4. Remove the cooked food from the tray and serve it garnished with the onion chutney and the basil.

Tips:
  1. For more colour (browning), increase the fan speed. If you are already at 100% - increase the time, and decrease the microwave.
  2. To make the food hotter, increase internal temperature by adjusting the microwave power. If you are already at 100% - increase the time, and decrease the fan power.
