Preparation:
- In a tray, mix chorizo, garlic, and olive oil and cook as per stage 1 oven profile.
- In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the meatball. To this add the chorizo mixture and combine well.
- Shape the mixture and cook meatballs as per oven profile.
- Add pre-cooked pasta and sauce, stir well. Continue cooking.
- Mix everything and serve garnished with grated cheese, and herbs.
