100 g 3.52 oz/wt Breadcrumbs or sage and onion stuffing mix
1 tbs 1 tbs Smoked paprila
1 tsp 1 tsp Chilly flakes
Few pinch Few pinch Salt & Pepper

480 g 16.9 oz/wt Pre made tomato sauce/Passata
500 g 17.6 oz/wt Ground pork

  1. In a tray, mix chorizo, garlic, and olive oil and cook as per stage 1 oven profile.
  2. In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the meatball. To this add the chorizo mixture and combine well.
  3. Shape the mixture and cook meatballs as per oven profile.
  4. Add pre-cooked pasta and sauce, stir well. Continue cooking.
  5. Mix everything and serve garnished with grated cheese, and herbs.
