Ingredients:
1 pc 1 pc Red Pepper
1 pc 1 pc Yellow Pepper
1 tbs 1 tbs Oil
2 pinch 2 pinch Salt & Black Pepper
400 g 14.11 oz/wt Ribeye Steak
40 g 1.41 oz/wt Cheese grated
30 g 1.06 oz/wt BBQ Sauce
10 g 0.35 oz/wt Mixed Salad Leaves
1 pc 1 pc Red Pepper
1 pc 1 pc Yellow Pepper
1 tbs 1 tbs Oil
2 pinch 2 pinch Salt & Black Pepper
400 g 14.11 oz/wt Ribeye Steak
40 g 1.41 oz/wt Cheese grated
30 g 1.06 oz/wt BBQ Sauce
10 g 0.35 oz/wt Mixed Salad Leaves
Preparation:
  1. Cut the bell peppers into thin slices, season with salt and pepper and spray with a little oil and cook them as per stage 1 oven profile.
  2. Turn the peppers over and put back in the oven and cook as per stage 2 oven profile.
  3. Allow the steak to get to Room temperature, season with salt and pepper and cook the steak with the as per stage 3 oven profile.
  4. Turn the steak over and put back in the oven and cook as per stage 4 oven profile.
  5. After cooking allow the steak to rest. The Ribeye should be Medium Rare.
  6. To assemble the wraps, cut the steak into thin strips and place half of it in the middle of each wrap, add half of the peppers, cheese and sauce on each wrap. Roll up tightly.
  7. Place one of the wraps on the liner, and cook as per stage 5 oven profile and serve garnished with mixed salad leaves.

Tips:
  1. For more colour (browning), increase the fan speed. If you are already at 100% - increase the time, and decrease the microwave.
  2. To make the food hotter, increase internal temperature by adjusting the microwave power. If you are already at 100% - increase the time, and decrease the fan power.
