Ingredients:
56.7 g 2 oz/wt 6" Hoagie Bun, prebaked
17.01 g 0.6 oz/wt Provolone cheese sliced
28.35 g 1 oz/wt Turkey sliced
28.35 g 1 oz/wt Ham sliced
Preparation:
  1. Slice Hoagie bun lengthwise. Place turkey on one side and ham on opposite side.
  2. Place half of cheese on ham side and the other on the turkey, making an open faced sandwich. Place it on the tray.
  3. Cook as per oven profile and serve.
Tips:
  1. For more colour (browning), increase the fan speed. If you are already at 100% - increase the time, and decrease the microwave.
  2. To make the food hotter, increase internal temperature by adjusting the microwave power. If you are already at 100% - increase the time, and decrease the fan power.
