110 g 3.9 oz/wt Salmon (Skinless)
20 g 0.7 oz/wt Tempeh Crust (Tempe, Butter, Panko, Parsley)
7 pcs 7 pcs Zucchini (Mini Ball)
7 pcs 7 pcs Carrot (Mini Ball)
7 pcs 7 pcs Purple Potato (Mini Ball)
35 g 1.2 oz/wt Mashed Sweet Potato
15 g 0.5 oz/wt Red Onion Relish
3 tbs 3 tbs Cream Sauce
1 tsp 1 tsp Caviar
110 g 3.9 oz/wt Salmon (Skinless)
20 g 0.7 oz/wt Tempeh Crust (Tempe, Butter, Panko, Parsley)

3 tbs 3 tbs Cream Sauce
1 tsp 1 tsp Caviar
Preparation:
  1. Season Salmon with salat and black pepper, place crust on top of fish, prepare other ingredients and place within designated accessories.
  2. Cook as per oven profile, prepare 25 cm bowl plate and plate it according to sequence : place mashed potato in the centre, place salmon on top of it, arrange mini ball vegetables around it with the sauce, add caviar on the sauce, arrange red onion relish on top of the fish and serve after garnishing with micro herbs.

Tips:
  1. For more colour (browning), increase the fan speed. If you are already at 100% - increase the time, and decrease the microwave.
  2. To make the food hotter, increase internal temperature by adjusting the microwave power. If you are already at 100% - increase the time, and decrease the fan power.
