Ingredients:
200 g 7.05 oz/wt Spinach Leaves
80 g 2.82 oz/wt Salmon
1 pinch 1 pinch Salt & Pepper & Nutmeg
1 tbs 1 tbs Olive Oil
60 g 2.12 oz/wt Puff Pastry
50 g 1.76 oz/wt Saffron Risotto precooked
1 pcs 1 pcs Egg Yolk
10 g 0.35 oz/wt Watercress
20 g 0.71 oz/wt Vegetables
200 g 7.05 oz/wt Spinach Leaves
80 g 2.82 oz/wt Salmon
1 pinch 1 pinch Salt & Pepper & Nutmeg
1 tbs 1 tbs Olive Oil
60 g 2.12 oz/wt Puff Pastry
50 g 1.76 oz/wt Saffron Risotto precooked
1 pcs 1 pcs Egg Yolk
10 g 0.35 oz/wt Watercress
20 g 0.71 oz/wt Vegetables
Preparation:
  1. Wash and blanch the spinach, chill it and squeeze out the excess water. Then season it with salt, pepper, nutmeg and the oil.
  2. Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Lay out the puff pastry and spread out the rice on it. Place the spinach and then the salmon on top of the rice. Roll up the puff pastry and fold over the open ends to achieve a closed pocket.
  3. Prick the dough with a fork, brush it with the whisked egg yolk and quick-freeze it before you cook it. By order place the salmon roll on the tray.
  4. Cook as per oven profile and serve garnished with vegetables and sprouts.

Tips:
  1. For more colour (browning), increase the fan speed. If you are already at 100% - increase the time, and decrease the microwave.
  2. To make the food hotter, increase internal temperature by adjusting the microwave power. If you are already at 100% - increase the time, and decrease the fan power.
