Ingredients:
200 g 7.05 oz/wt Japanese Pancake Mix
1 pc 1 pc Egg Size Medium
200 ml 6.76 oz/fl Milk
30 g 1.06 oz/wt Mixed Berries
30 ml 1.01 oz/fl Whipped Cream
2 tbs 2 tbs Maple Syrup
1 tbs 1 tbs Oilspray

30 g 1.06 oz/wt Mixed Berries
30 ml 1.01 oz/fl Whipped Cream
2 tbs 2 tbs Maple Syrup
1 tbs 1 tbs Oilspray
Preparation:
  1. Mix a batter with the pancake mix, egg and milk. Spray the mould with the oil and fill the batter equally into each section of the mould.
  2. Cook as per oven profile and serve garnished with berries, cream and maple syrup.

Tips:
  1. For more colour (browning), increase the fan speed. If you are already at 100% - increase the time, and decrease the microwave.
  2. To make the food hotter, increase internal temperature by adjusting the microwave power. If you are already at 100% - increase the time, and decrease the fan power.
