150 g 5.29 oz/wt Merluza Austral (southern hake)
100 g 3.53 oz/wt creamy Potatoes precooked
20 g 0.71 oz/wt Red Pepper
20 g 0.71 oz/wt Yellow Pepper
20 g 0.71 oz/wt Green Pepper
20 g 0.71 oz/wt Courgette / Zucchini
2 tbs 2 tbs Vegetable Oil
1 tsp 1 tsp Salt & Pepper

100 g 3.53 oz/wt creamy Potatoes precooked
20 g 0.71 oz/wt Red Pepper
20 g 0.71 oz/wt Yellow Pepper
20 g 0.71 oz/wt Green Pepper
20 g 0.71 oz/wt Courgette / Zucchini
2 tbs 2 tbs Vegetable Oil
1 tsp 1 tsp Salt & Pepper
Preparation:
  1. Scale and clean the fish, season with salt and pepper. Wash the vegetables, cut the peppers in triangles and the zucchini in slices. Season them with salt, pepper and oil.
  2. Place the fish and potatoes each on one of the 2 quarter-size trays and the vegetables on the half-size tray.
  3. Cook as per oven profile and serve.

  2. To make the food hotter, increase internal temperature by adjusting the microwave power. If you are already at 100% - increase the time, and decrease the fan power.
