| 100 g 3.53 oz/wt | Chinese Hard-Shell Clam |
| 10 g 0.35 oz/wt | Butter |
| 35 ml 1.18 oz/fl | Sake |
| 10 ml 0.34 oz/fl | Soy Sauce |
| 5 g 0.18 oz/wt | Dry chilli |
| 10 g 0.35 oz/wt | Leek |

Preparation:
- Cut the garlic, green shallots and red chilli in fine slices.
- Wash the clams.
- Cut the dried chilli and leek into fine strips and keep aside for garnish.
- Put the garlic, shallots and red chilli in the bowl and put the lid on.
- Cook as per oven profile.
- Carefully remove the bowl with the cooked food and let the clams rest for 3 minutes. Garnish with the dried chilli and the leek strips.
- Cut the garlic, green shallots and red chilli in fine slices.
- Wash the clams.
- Cut the dried chilli and leek into fine strips and keep aside for garnish.
- Put the garlic, shallots and red chilli in the bowl and put the lid on.
- Cook as per oven profile.
- Carefully remove the bowl with the cooked food and let the clams rest for 3 minutes. Garnish with the dried chilli and the leek strips.
Tips:
- For more colour (browning), increase the fan speed. If you are already at 100% - increase the time, and decrease the microwave.
- To make the food hotter, increase internal temperature by adjusting the microwave power. If you are already at 100% - increase the time, and decrease the fan power.
