Ingredients:
| 170.1 g 6 oz/wt | Barber Foods Chicken Cordon Bleu, Thawed |
| 56.7 g 2 oz/wt | Yellow squash |
| 28.35 g 1 oz/wt | Red onion |
| 28.35 g 1 oz/wt | Red bell pepper |
| 56.7 g 2 oz/wt | Small Fingerling Potatoes halved |
| 1 tbs 1 tbs | Fresh Thyme rough chopped |
| 1 pinch 1 pinch | Kosher salt |
| 1 pinch 1 pinch | Fresh Cracked Black Pepper |
| 2 tbs 2 tbs | Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
Preparation:
- Defrost the chicken over night and reserve.
- Clean and dice all vegetables to a large dice and reserve.
- In a medium bowl combine vegetables and potatoes with salt, pepper, thyme, olive oil and reserve. Place seasoned vegetables and chicken (Flat side down) on the tray separately. Make sure vegetables are in an even layer.
- Cook as per the oven profile and serve.
Tips:
- For more colour (browning), increase the fan speed. If you are already at 100% - increase the time, and decrease the microwave.
- To make the food hotter, increase internal temperature by adjusting the microwave power. If you are already at 100% - increase the time, and decrease the fan power.
