Ingredients:
180 g 6.34 oz/wt Fruit bread (Diced)
2 pcs 2 pcs Eggs
100 ml 3.38 oz/fl Cream (for cream mixture)
50 ml 1.69 oz/fl Cream (for pouring)
1 tbs 1 tbs Sugar
1 tsp 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
A few pcs A few pcs mixed Berries
few pinch few pinch Icing Sugar
2 pinch 2 pinch Mint leaves
Preparation:
  1. Cream mixture: In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, sugar, and a pinch of cinnamon powder until smooth and well combined.
  2. Gently fold the diced fruit bread into the prepared cream mixture, ensuring all pieces are well coated.
  3. Scoop the mixture evenly into a 12-cavity non-stick mould.
  4. Cook as per the oven profile.
  5. Plate it garnished with a mix of fresh berries, a dusting of icing sugar, and chopped mint leaves.
    Finish with a generous pour of cream on top and serve.
Tips:
  1. For more colour (browning), increase the fan speed. If you are already at 100% - increase the time, and decrease the microwave.
  2. To make the food hotter, increase internal temperature by adjusting the microwave power. If you are already at 100% - increase the time, and decrease the fan power.
