Ingredients:
12 pcs 12 pcs Pre-baked hollowed small potatoes (halves)
40 g 1.41 oz/wt Crispy bacon
80 g 2.82 oz/wt Diced mixed vegetables
160 g 5.64 oz/wt Grated cheese
100 g 3.52 oz/wt Cream cheese with herbs
1 tbs 1 tbs Finely chopped thyme
Few pcs Few pc Spinach leaves
Preparation:
  1. Fill the hollowed potatoes with the toppings and place them on the tray.
  2. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and cook as per the oven profile.
  3. Decorate the plate with the spinach leaves. Spoon the cream cheese with herbs over each potato skin and garnish with finely chopped thyme and serve.
Tips:
  1. For more colour (browning), increase the fan speed. If you are already at 100% - increase the time, and decrease the microwave.
  2. To make the food hotter, increase internal temperature by adjusting the microwave power. If you are already at 100% - increase the time, and decrease the fan power.
